Order Types:

• Premade Items: 2–7 business days

• Pre-Order Items: 4–6 weeks

Orders containing both premade and preorder items will ship together unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer free shipping for domestic orders, and calculated shipping for international orders.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

International Customs & Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
If issues occur, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
